HeyPolo allows you to configure notifications for each individual member of the group when they enter or leave a specific place. Additionally, you can turn on notifications if a group member's device goes below 20% of battery charge.
Here's what to do
- Open the group member menu by dragging the highlight towards the top of the screen.
- Select a group member whose notifications you'd like to configure.
- Select the Alerts tab, toggle the Coming & Going alerts on, and then select Add or select Familiar Places.
- From the Places available in the group, select the ones you'd like to be notified about. Once done, press the arrow at the top left of the screen.
- If you'd also like to get notified if the member's phone battery charge drops below 20%, toggle the Low battery toggle to the ON position.
That's it – now you know how to configure alerts and notifications for individual members of the group. For the notifications to work, make sure the appropriate in-app permissions are granted to the HeyPolo application.
