How do I delete my HeyPolo account?

We’re sorry to see you go. At HeyPolo, we believe you should always be in control of your data and privacy. That’s why we provide a simple way to delete your account whenever you choose.

What happens when you delete your account?

When you delete your HeyPolo account:

• Your profile, group memberships, and all associated data are permanently deleted.
• Your information cannot be recovered.
• Any unused subscription time will not be refunded.

Here's how to delete your HeyPolo account

Follow these steps on your Android or iOS device to permanently delete your HeyPolo account:

1. Open the HeyPolo app.
2. Tap the Settings icon (the cogwheel) in the bottom right corner.
3. Tap Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

NOTE: Deleting your HeyPolo account does not automatically cancel your active subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
