If you purchased directly from the HeyPolo website or Google Play Store

To request a refund, please submit a request by filling out the request form. Once submitted, our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.

For Apple App Store purchases (iOS)

Apple handles all refund requests for subscriptions made on iOS devices.
