Speed Monitoring lets you see how fast your group members are moving — in real time. It's a quiet, unobtrusive way to know that everyone is getting where they're going safely, without having to call or text to check in.
When a group member is on the move, their current speed is displayed directly on their location marker on the map.
How to monitor a member's speed
- Open the HeyPolo app.
- Select the group that the member belongs to:
- Tap on the member you want to monitor to view their current details:
Things to keep in mind
- Speed is only visible when the group member has location sharing active and is currently moving.
- Speed Monitoring is visible to all members of the group who can see that person's location — it follows the same visibility rules set in each member's visibility settings.
