How do I change my email or phone number in HeyPolo?

Changing your email address

At this time, your email address cannot be changed in HeyPolo.

Phone numbers in HeyPolo

HeyPolo does not use phone numbers for accounts, login, or profile information.

However, you can add a phone number as an emergency contact in the settings. This phone number is only used to send a text message when an emergency alert is triggered.

Changing an Emergency contact phone number

To update it, follow these steps:

1. Open the HeyPolo app.
2. Tap the Settings icon (the cogwheel) in the bottom right corner.
3. Tap Emergency Contact.
4. Add a new phone number or edit the existing one.
