How to join a Group in HeyPolo?

Welcome to HeyPolo! Joining a group on a mobile phone is your first step toward connecting with your loved ones in a way that feels caring, not controlling. It's how you build a circle of trust, where everyone can share their location on their own terms. 

In this article, you will learn how to join a Group in HeyPolo on an Android or iOS device and configure how exactly you want to share your location.

Take note that you can create or be part of multiple groups.
 

Here's how to join

1. From the main screen, tap Create or join group:
   
   
    
2. Select Join group for free:
   
   
    
3. Enter the unique code you received for the group and tap Join group:
   
   
    
4. Adjust your visibility and tab Continue. These settings will determine how other group members will see you:
    
   • More precise – with this option selected, other members of the group will be able to see your exact location.
   • More private – with this option selected, other members of the group will be able to see the neighborhood you are in.
     
     
      
5. That's it! You've successfully joined the group:
